Many suicide loss survivors feel very alone because they do not know other survivors, and would benefit from being with others, who have experienced this same tragic loss.
This retreat offers suicide loss survivors an opportunity to be together, not only to share their experiences of suicide loss, but also to mourn together, find strength in their faith believes, and learn helpful ways to move forward in their grief journey in a safe and beautiful retreat setting. The retreat begins Friday evening at 6:30pm and concludes by 12:30pm on Sunday.
The retreat team includes: Christine Turo-Shields, LCSW, EMDR Certified Therapist, Sr. Connie Kramer, SP, Fr. Jim Farrell, Lisa Thibault, and Judy Proctor.
Registration: $35/person. Registration includes: program, meals, snacks, and a Guest Room to use during the day. Optional overnight accommodations are available on Friday and/or Saturday night of the retreat at $30/night are not included in the registration fee.
